PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ID219 Pipe Beveler is a robust, fast, and portable weld end preparation machine designed for pipes made of stainless steel, carbon steel, and high-chromium alloys. With a working range of 2.56" to 8.62" (Φ65 mm to 219 mm), this ID-mounted beveling tool is widely used in industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, and pipeline maintenance. Utilizing a cold cutting process, it eliminates heat-affected zones to ensure high-quality, precise weld joints.
The machine supports various machining operations including beveling, counterboring, and facing, and offers easy operation, reliable performance, and flexible power options for on-site applications.

IDE219 – MT Electric Motor Drive
This model features a 1.6 kW (2.15 Hp) MT electric motor, operating at 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz.
It delivers consistent torque and smooth operation, making it an excellent choice for environments with a stable and accessible power supply. Ideal for workshops, industrial plants, and power facilities where precision and continuous performance are required.
IDP219 – Pneumatic Motor Drive
Equipped with a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) pneumatic motor, this version requires 1.3 m³/min @ 0.6 MPa of compressed air.
The air-powered system is lightweight, spark-free, and well-suited for hazardous, flammable, or remote job sites where electrical motors may not be safe or practical. Its high-speed rotation ensures efficient beveling in demanding field applications.
